We had a great Presidents weekend with the Decker Girls. So much fun that we are going to try to make this an annual visit.
On our first day we headed out to the NC Zoo. This was Daddy's first trip to the Zoo, Jenn & Keira's second time, and forth time for Kylie and I.
It was a beautiful sunny day.
Daddy was going to take a ride with Keira and Kylie but Keira said he was way too big.

We went into the Aviary. We saw bright colored bird and flowers.

I found the signs interesting. This one is right on the side of the Gorilla cage. Please do not climb the rock wall that leads into the Gorilla cage. Hmmm No brainer.

The next day was a rainy gloomy day outside but tons of fun inside. Jaxson had a poopy explosion last night in his high chair and since his straps were in the wash he needed something to hold him in his seat. This Heart Pillow person is about 25 years old. It was a Valentines Gift from Nana and Poppy to Mommy. We think it looks pretty manly hanging out behind Jaxson and his cheezy grin.

Daddy had a fun idea for the girls, to make home made pizzas for dinner. Keira and Kylie were so excited to make and eat their own pizzas. Keira plans on showing her Dad and making dinner when she gets home.

We were supposed to go for a walk but taking a ride inside was just as fun.

On Monday we decided to get out of the house and go to the Museum of Life and Science.

Keira told Kylie that this sign means that if you feed them they will think your hand smells like popcorn and they may bite your hand.

We also went in the Butterfly room. Keira and Kylie found a lot of butterflys that were on the check list.

On the dinasour trail they kept posing for pictures. We are not sure why they were posing like gangstirs.
