Kylisms......

Recently I have been trying to get caught up on printing my favorite photos and making my photo albums. Due to the new technology and all photos being digital it has gotten harder for me to find time to print photos and put them in scrap books or make an album. Gee I wonder why I don't have the free time to get this done? I came across a fabulous web site (Blurb.com) that makes a photo album from your blog. All you do is import the posts you want for your album (it auto-fills your photos and written posts into a book), edit it and send it to print. It takes a while to edit because the auto fill only puts one or two pictures per page. This wouldn't be a problem for a normal picture taker but for me I have over 700 pictures per year and that's just the ones I put in this blog. I have already finished "Webb Family 2009" (that's how backed up I am) photo album and I am working on 2010. The reason I am sharing this, is that now with this also being our Family photo album for the year, I will be adding things that I want in our family scrapbook. I hope that adds to the enjoyment you get from reading our blog.

Most of you have heard these stories either from myself or from my facebook. Miss Kylie is a little fire cracker and has a super sarcastic side. Sometimes the things she comes out with are just hysterical. Here are a few stories (we call them "Kylisms").

"Katie".....
Most have heard the Katie story. This one started in December before Christmas.
Me: "Kylie why do you keep calling Bella Katie?"
Kylie: "I like that name better."

This I thought was cute until it persisted for a few more weeks even after Christmas and into Jan. I kept telling her She can't just change Bella's name and she said "well why not?"

So Mom needed a new plan. Here is what I came up with.
Meet "Katie".....

This is Bella's new Dolly that she got from Santa and her name is Katie. Now if Santa names Bella's new dolly Katie you can't call Bella Katie. Well Santa wins! You just don't cross Santa.


This week was Catholic School week. Mommy got to go to school and make and Eskimo make art project on Wednesday. On Friday Mommy got to go to school and play BINGO. It was so much fun.

BINGO!

Daddy helped Kylie make four cookies in her easy bake oven. Mommy took a picture because if Mommy had done this everyone would have made fun of her for messing up a "Easy" bake oven recipe. Just check out Kylie's face as she looks at her "4" cookies.

Here is one last Kylism...

Me(as I change Bella's diaper): "Hey Kylie, hand me my phone, quick honey it's ringing.... Hey Kylie come on hand me the phone..... Hey Kylie are you ignoring me? Can you hear me?"

Kylie: "Yes."

Me: "O.K. Why didn't you get the phone?"

Kylie: "It wasn't ringing."

Me: "Yes Kylie it was."

Kylie: "Um no Mom, it was singing."

Well she's right, I guess I need to change the ring tone or be more specific next time.
