Getting ready for Kylie to come home and celebrate Valentine's Day.

Made the Yummy cake my Mom used to make every year for Valentine's Day!

What does a Mom of twins do when she realizes that she forgot the frosting and it is close to nap time????

I will tell you what she doesn't do. She does not get the kids ready to go back out to the store and risk loosing nap time.

What she does do is find it in her cabinet.

I am guessing that Betty Crocker had young kids and didn't want to take the kids out.

That's why she came up with all those recipes.

After searching, I found an easy icing recipe and it was so simple, I don't think I will buy frosting again.

I got a few tips on how to improve it and I can't wait to try it again.

Here is proof for those who can't believe I made it myself.
