Oh Dear....

And so Jaxson takes his first trip to the ER. 

Thankfully it wasn't as bad as it looked.

When it first happened Mommy couldn't see how deep it was or if he had hurt his teeth or gums.

There was too much blood and he was out of control screaming.

It was also our quickest trip to the ER, in and out within one hour.

Kylie felt terrible.  She must have said she was sorry 100 times.

Since he fell and hit the toy train with his lip and his teeth went into his lip, Kylie thought it was her fault.

We explained that it wasn't her fault, that sometimes accident's happen.

That's when she said "Oh yeah Mommy just like when you crashed the car."

The day after Jaxson's big boo boo, while the girls were playing.

Jaxson got some TLC and Ice pops!

To try to keep the swelling down we tried Ice pops.

Unfortunately I don't think this was our last trip to the ER.

I hope and pray it was.

*Oh and Grammie & Grampie are very happy it didn't happen on their watch!

*oh and I almost forgot.  In my haste and on my way to take him to the ER, I call Destine' (whom I left in charge) to check on Kylie (who was screaming when I left) and to remind her to clean up the bloody mess I left behind.  Well what do I hear on the other end of the phone....

"abba  gabba"

Me: "hey who is this, Kylie is this you?" 

"dabba daaaah" 

Me: "Hello someone say hello, wheres Destine? Kylie, it's Mommy, give the phone to Sissy?" "MoMMaaaaa .... MoooooM ... MaMa"  

Me: "are you kidding me. Bella???"  

Now I hear Kylie yelling in the back ground 

Kylie: "Sissy Bella has your phone and I think you better get it, I think it's Mommy."

Well she is only 16 months and she already has better phone skills than Sissy.
