Newborn Nephews Trip...

Preparing for my NY/NJ trip was tricky.
Usually when I pack up for a Newborn shoot, I have my truck.
This time I will have Jimmy small car.

I had to repack all this

and all this stuff into bags.

This is what I fit into Jimmy's little Mazda.

I was so excited to see these little guys.

Mr Nathan

Mr Lincoln

I got to hang out with Mr. Lincoln first.
Such a sweetheart.
Auntie Jenn go to snuggle with this little guy in the mornings.

These are a few selfies I caught with my cell.
Can you tell I am a proud Auntie?

Super Star time.
We set up in the kitchen.
Lincoln was amazing.

Took a few breaks.

I loved getting to spend some one on one time with this little dude.
I may or may not have spoiled him and let him sleep right in my arms.

After I got my snuggles in with Lincoln, I headed to NJ to meet Nathan.

Yup all that came out of my little Mazda.

I had to set up and do a mini shoot, since Nana and Poppy were there.
Poppy had to take the drum back with him.

I may or may not have spoiled this little one too.
I took a few night shifts so Gary and Malissa could get a couple extra hours of sleep.

Yup, I might have held him while he slept. Spoiled!
So excited and honored to be Nathan's God Parents!

Kissing piggys

As always it is heartbreaking when I have to leave my nieces and my new nephews.
Next time I see them they will be so big.
It was amazing to get to spend time with Lincoln and Nathan.

Here's a peek into what happens after a newborn session.

These are before edits and after editing.
The before is on the left.

A lot of Newborn photos are composites.
Because Newborns safety #1.

Some require just a little adjusting.
Smoothing skin and lightening red (newborns usually have red blotches or pimples).

Then I choose a few for enhancements.
Black and White or Sepia or another special edit.

I love Newborn sessions.
I love them even more when they are my Nephews.
