Daddy's Published and other Spring Fun...

The Hubby got published.
While we were pregnant with the twins,
Jimmy was going to school for his second Masters degree.
During that time he had to hand in several papers.
His professor's liked one of his papers so much that he asked Jimmy if he could publish it.
We are so proud of Daddy.

20 pages

Bella and learning to write her name.

It is getting much easier to go out every once in a while.
To our favorite place.
Red Robin

While I was away Kylie had to decide what she would make for her science fair project.
Paper Flowers.
We were lucky that Destine' was going to be home the weekend that we had to make 60+ paper flowers.

Sneaking in some cousin time.

A little throw back Thursday or whatever day it is.
Found this gem while going through Aunt Mary's pictures.
He still makes that face when he sleeps

Found these, now who has a mini me.
Jimmy is about a 1/2 year younger than Jaxson is right now.

This is Jimmy as exactly how old Jaxson is right now.

Creating a care package for Steven
Making him some hugs.

Our flower making station

First attempt to make rice crispy treats for our care package.

 Making flowers

Sissy is having so much fun

Finishing her sushi rice crispy treats.

Packing it all in

Trying on our new bathing suits

You would think he is being punished at first glance.
He is stealing candy and hiding while eating it.

Our flowers in the display.

Bella in her new favorite dress up hat.

Whenever you let her dress herself
she always comes out in tights.

And this one always comes out with a cap or scarf

This one, O.M.G.
This is how he comes out.
Since it was Sat and raining (they wont be leaving the house)
I let them stay in these clothes for the day.

She can sleep anywhere.
If she's tired, she will just close her eye's where ever.

For the Love Jaxson please do not wake her.

 Teaching/helping Jaxson button his PJ's

Big Mama's Birthday!

We often walk to pick up Kylie but for the first time
Jaxson and Bella wanted to walk (with out the stroller) and I let them.
It is 2.5 to 3 miles round trip.

Shortly after this pictures (only one block from the house)
Bella started to complain.
But she trudged ahead anyway.

We made it to the school with minimal complaints.

We got Kylie.

Stopped to see the horses,

And then.....

Kylie stepped on this little guy.

After she climbed up me and screamed for a full 10 mins.
I convinced her to get down because I could not carry her all the way home.
She finally got down but was still a little up set.
That's when I took the pictures.

Made it all the way home.

Our display and flowers are going into school tomorrow for the Economic fair.

I started a new exercise routine that came with a trainor.
My trainor Miss Bella
Chimes in with
"Good Job Mommy...
Your not doing it like the lady...
get your leg higher...
only a few more...
2. 3. 4. 5.
good job Mom...
That was hard work..."

Kylie's teacher sent me this from the fair.

I stole the idea from Kylie's Economic's Fair as they used behavior bucks to purchase items.
I created "Zoo Bucks"
Bella has been trying to figure out how to get this new Dora Doll.
"how can I get the Dora mermaid doll?"
She has also been asking for a piggy bank.
They earn Zoo Bucks for cleaning and doing chores.
This is easy for Bella,
She already does the laundry, dishes, vacuuming and dusting because she likes to help.
We started it two weeks ago
I'm still working out details but it is working very well.
They buy juice, snacks, candy or TV time.
Water, Fruits and Veggie snacks are free.
Plus one free snack if they clean their lunch or dinner plate.
So far this is working.
They love earning Zoo Bucks and they are making choices on how to spend them.

Zoo Bucks

Shed is looking awesome.

Zoo bucks for Ipad time. No refunds for falling asleep.

Some nights on the weekends the girls want to watch something different than what Jaxson wants.

Then this adorableness happens.

Every morning before school I have two cuddle bugs.

Ummm "Jaxson what in the world are you doing?
"touching my stuff."
Oh dear. He's gonna hate me one day for that picture.
Sorry buddy, I love ya and your too cute.

On non school nights we will let them watch a movie in their room starting earlier.
The rule is you must stay in bed and the DVD player is on the dresser.
This little man is busted.

Jaxson says: "Me Sorry"
Bella: "Mommy, your gonna need your Camera for this"

Then my little bugger says "Me sorry"
Bella says "oh no Mommy, Kylie is gonna be really mad."
Kylie spent almost the whole day building a house with her lego's.
This is Mommy building a better house so she isn't mad that Jaxson just flattened hers.

I build a good house.

The kids love when Lori visits.
We always do something really fun.
Easter Egg Coloring Fun

 Making some shed progress.

Winter is done and Spring has sprung! YAY!
