Bella's recovery...

Bella's first few days after surgery.

Jaxson was a little hesitant at first but by day two he was over it and stealing her toys.

Day one..

Day three...

Aunt Missy sent her a cool new summer hat as a get well gift.

Bella loved it.

Kylie was a little scared of Bella when she first got home.

But by day three Kylie told me:

"Mommy, Bella is still the same fun Bella, she just looks a little scary but its still the same Bella and I love her."

Now Kylie is very over protective.

She is sitting with her and making sure she isn't playing anything to crazy.

Bella found Kylie's ear muffs...

Day four...

Bella loves mashed potato's.

We are not sure if it is because she like to play with them or if it's because she likes the taste.

This was Friday March 8th.

Her eyes are much better and we got to see sissy.

It was a beautiful weekend.

Sunday we got to spend some time outside.

Bella goes back in two weeks for another check up.

She is doing well and did a great job with her recovery so far.

Her eyes are slightly turned in which is what they want right now.

They said over the next few days/weeks her eyes will relax.

The Dr is very impressed with her healing.

We are still putting eye ointment in twice a day.

For the first 5 days is was three times a day and a steroid ointment but

since she is doing so well, the Dr gave her regular ointment and only two times.

Which makes Bella and I very happy!
