A Week in Our Lives....

After my Mom left, my allergies kicked it up a notch and I got sick.
What I learned from this, is Mom can't be sick.
Nothing gets done when Mom gets sick.
I have loads upon loads of laundry to catch up on.
Two weeks of Blog posts.
Lets not even talk about what needs to be cleaned in the house.
Do not get me wrong, Jimmy is not just sitting around doing nothing.
This week just happens to be a software release for him.
Plus as much as Daddy tries he can not get everything Mommy does done while watching our little monsters.

As I still battle this upper respiratory & sinus infection, I am finally getting caught up.

Here are a "few" special moments from our visit with Nana.
Nana got to spend a week in our life.
I hope we didn't completely exhaust Nana.

It started out as a small project to make curtains for the play room.
It turned into Nana making three Halloween Costumes.
Kylie - Alice in wonderland
Bella - Queen of Hearts
Jaxson - The Mad Hatter

Nana helped every night at bath time.

Jaxson couldn't understand where his toy went after he put it in the top of this boat.

He is looking for his toy

When we went to the USSNC battleship we got Hats for Bella, Jaxson & Kylie.
All three of them love wearing their hats.

Hold on Nana, I need to make a call.

We are trying to teach Kylie when she brushes her teeth that she needs to spit in the sink.
Kylie still needs work but Bella picked it up.
She now runs across the room and spits in the sink.
The only problem is that it's her play sink.

While this is funny and kinda cute, I think we grossed Nana out!

First fitting for Jaxson.

Jaxson loves his costume.

Nana taught Bella to say and count the "Bananas" and "Apples" that are on the side of her toy.

Both Jaxson and Bella are great at pouting.

Still pouting.

Kylie's first fitting.

This little piggy went to market......

Bella and Jaxson will charge at you and run full speed into a big bear hug.
This is what it looks like

Mommy's exercises.
The second I get down on the floor, they come running.

Jaxson loves leg lifts and Bella loves the arm lifts.

Bella's first fitting of the bodice.

I love this material we found for Bella's dress.

Bella loves wearing the Bob the builder goggles.
She had just woke up from her nap and Coleen and Matt just arrived.
Bella is in a shell shock mood.

Final fitting.

Aunt Coleen says Jaxson looks like a circus monkey with the sailor hat on.

We had a great visit with Nana.
We missed her immediately, seconds after she left.
We can't wait until she comes back.

My Mom left us with a few new recipes to try and she left with a few of my recipes.
Hopefully her picky crew will love them.

See you soon Nana. THANK YOU for all your help!
WE MISS YOU!
