Day Three of Sleeping anywhere but the crib...

We are on day three of crib training. They are in the cribs at night but not loving it. They will still cry for at least an hour. Jaxson is the worst. Bella will fall asleep while he is crying but then he will go into the crazy ugly cry and wake her up. It usually takes about an hr and a half for Jaxson to calm down. During the day I am trying to get them sleeping in only in the cribs for their naps. Jaxson will take three naps. Two long ones in the morning and afternoon, then he'll take a small one in the middle of those. Bella takes only two naps sometimes one. My plan is when they fall asleep to transfer them to the cribs as I did with the bassinets. For the last two days this has been unsuccessful. They will sleep anywhere but the cribs during the day!

This was on Daddy's watch, while I had to take Kylie to her first day of school. Daddy was on strict orders to make sure if they fell asleep to switch to the crib. I came home early and this is what I found.

This was yesterday afternoon.

So after a full day of sleep deprivation you would have thought Jaxson would have nothing left. But he is a stubborn little boy and so determined not to sleep in the crib. I would lay him down and he will scream like your killing him.

Then I pick him up and he falls asleep in my arms as he is still upright.
