The Occasion: Grammy's Birthday!
The Plan: to leave the house by 3pm Sat.
Prepirations: Friday night get out diaper bags and plan feedings.
Side note: The twins eat around 11 ish, 2 ish, 5 ish and 9 ish. We don't get done with the morning feeding until around 10:30am.
Saturday morning: cleaning bottles, packing diaper bags (yes bags - not everything fits even in my biggest bag, so two babies = two bags + one bottle bag) packing bottles, changing babies, changing toddler, toddler peeing 10 times, Bella need two outfits changes (she's the spitter), fitting in one more feeding, Oh wait I need a shower, did I mention all the screaming and crying (that would be me and the kids), Dont forget the last minute pee between the toilet lid and bowl incident and Bella's third outfit change as we walk out the door at 4:10pm.
It was worth it but as a trial run for Disney next week it was fail. Hopefully this week I can get organized and things will go smoother.
Once we got there everything was great. Mom got a break, Dad got a beer, Kylie got Aiden, Twins got held and all was well again. It was a great first trip out.
