Labor Day Weekend at the Lake House...

Our first week of school went well.

Jaxson was a little hesitant the first day but by day three he was happy and tired.

This was morning of day three.

I opened their door at 7am and went to get dressed.

When I came out I had two little bed bugs.

With the Holiday weekend ahead, we needed a break.

We spent our Labor Day weekend at the Lake House.

This was the first time this summer that Jaxson saw Grampy's "Fast" Boat.

It is usually all covered.

He asked Grampy for a ride.

He was so excited.

We'll call this "after" the fast boat.

This summer we were sure Jaxson was going in the Lake and not swimming on purpose.

We have been instructing him on what to do when he falls in.

We also make him wear his swimmy on when he goes on the dock.

We are always grabbing the back strap on his vest.

Bella must have thought Jaxson was moving too fast because this time she grabbed his strap.

Kylie caught 6 fish

Bella caught a big one...

... a big stick.

A little swim in the lake.

The Lake house closets are so big that Bella and Jaxson have their own space. 

Don't worry the door stay open all the time.

Girls wanted a fast boat ride.

The girls did not like it as much as Jaxson.

Jaxson loves to paddle.  He sits on the floor of the boat so he can reach the peddles. 

It was a fabulous weekend.

We had a wonderful time.
