Differences and Soccer...

Twins but so very different.

Bella does not like her food cut.

Nuggets have to be nuggets.

Banana's have to be cut in long slices.

Pizza has to be cut into Bella size pizza slices, for her to pick up and eat.

Her finger food must stay finger food.

Jaxson HAS to have everything cut in to bite size pieces.

He eats everything with a fork or spoon although by looking at him after, you wouldn't think so.

He does not like to eat cereal with a spoon. He uses his fingers for that.

 

 

Bella's a dipper.

She has to have "dip" for everything.

Dip is defined as sour cream, ketchup, cream cheese, and syrup. 

 

Jaxson is a no dip kind of guy.

 

 

Lately nap time has been challenging.

They both need a nap still.

I NEED their nap time still.

I tried to separate them.

I put one in Destine's room but they used Destine's bed for leverage to climb out of the pack n play.

I tried to put one in Kylie's room but then Jaxson proved he didn't need leverage to get out.

He was climbing out playing and then when he would hear the door, he'd run and climb back in.

He got caught doing this several times.

Right now we are in track out (off from school for 3 weeks).

During school, I would just leave early at 2pm put them in the car.

I'd sit in the car pool lane and read my book while waiting 1.5hrs for school to get out.

 

This gave me an idea.

I have one extra infant car seat in my garage (I keep for emergency's) and one extra high back 5 point harness car seat that they haven't grown in to yet.

This week nap time starts in their beds.

If they can't stay in their bed, they go to time out seats (car seats).

They are tipped back far enough that they are comfortable. 

So far they have only slept in them a few times but they don't like it at all.

So I am guessing that within another week we won't need the "time out" seats anymore.

 

This is what happens when we don't get a nap.

 

Super tired.

 

Soccer season is over.

This was Kylie's last Soccer Game.
