Sissy I might add was not Happy either. Sissy wanted to go to school today. Yes I said that my not so normal teenager wanted to go to School. Which was cancelled last night. They dont mess around here in the south. Since they only have 22 plows in the whole county and a 300 (yes I said 300) car pile up in 2005 they tend to panic when it is suposed to snow. So with the threat of snow lingering last night all the schools were closed and every gallon of milk was bought.
Aiden was ok in the snow. He didnt seem to mind it all that much. I am sure he would have been happier if he wasnt wearing so many clothes. Yes he has a lot of pink layers under there.
Kylie is still having issues and is still tramatized. Maybe next year. Hopefully she wont remember that first Fall/Face plant. Maybe next year we can start with better memories of the snow. As for Aiden, he doesnt mind the snow. If he could move with all the extra clothed on he might have smiled a little more. But he did get to make a snow angel.
As for others in the south they are all out making snowman and boogie boarding down whatever hills they can find. Yes I said boogie boarding, we dont have much use for Sleds here since it snows what every 5 or 6 years. Oh and all this has to be done quick because the sun will come out and melt it all. Hopefully because not everyone has a shovel. Although today it's almost 4pm and it just stopped snowing and 6 inches is a lot of snow for down hereUsually it is melted by noon. As for Sissy, it's finals week and she wanted to go to school and get the exams done. They were suposed to have half days but due to the cancelations they will have a full day on Thurs and Fri is suposed to be no school but with school ALREADY cancelled for tomorrow they may have school now on Fri. But she will servive.
